Use a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild soap, avoid soaking the silk thread, and dry the jewelry thoroughly.
How should pearl jewelry be stored?
Store pearls flat in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, separate from harder jewelry that could scratch them. Avoid airtight plastic bags, excessive heat, and very dry conditions.

For to clean dirtier pearls, first, try cleaning with a damp cloth. If that is not satisfactory, then use mild soap in lukewarm water and use a microfiber cloth to dry it thoroughly before storing. Do not wash silk thread because it can loosen the knots.

Freshwater pearls are delicate and easily get scratched if stored with other sharp jewelry. So, place them separately in a provided box or pouch.
